Opening Ceremony of Cadets Diploma Course No. (19)

The opening ceremony of Cadets Diploma Course No. (19) was held at Myanmar Mercantile Marine College on January 19, 2026.

At the ceremony, U Zaw Win Htun, Principal of Myanmar Mercantile Marine College, delivered the opening speech. The ceremony was attended by the Head of Department of Nautical Studies, Capt. Kyaw Kyaw Win; the Head of Department of Workshop Technology, U Tun Lin Oo; the Registrar, U Tint Naung Htoo; teachers; and officials from MMMC.

A total of 140 cadets are enrolled in the Diploma in Nautical Studies, 140 cadets in the Diploma in Maritime Technology, and 40 cadets in the Diploma in Marine Electro Technology, making a total of 320 cadets in Diploma Course No. (19).
