The college is established with the power and functions to educate students to become certificated officers of international standard in accordance with the International Maritime Organization Regulations.
Therefore, the main task of our college is to train seafarers to become internationally recognized marine personnel, so that they can be employed onboard vessels owned by national and foreign shipping companies.
